She keeps an eye on everyone’s form and gave help to everyone in the class (really needed that because I haven’t been to Pilates in three weeks. S/o to you Brenda). I am a big fan of her contagious energy—she hypes you up and gives credit where it’s due. She seriously kept me going the whole class. What a perfect Friday class. The studio itself is very clean and I am a big fan of the natural lighting. It’s really easy to find parking if you give yourself 20 minutes of room for error. I will definitely be back for more of Brenda’s classes. Seriously, Jetset is my favorite Pilates studio in Miami. No one could ever match up. I really love how Jetset is affirmative on keeping the fundamentals of Pilates while still giving us that extra push with holds and pulses. I always get a better workout when I’m going at a slow and controlled pace without the music overstimulating and Jetset does a great job at all of this. plus, they have amazing music. I pretty much lost it and went so much harder when “party diva” by deeper purpose came on. Great class Brenda!!!!

She said the name of the exercises and described it halfway but I had to wait until someone else was in it to understand exactly what we were doing. There was a lot of empty space where she could have been describing the exercise: location, muscles worked, what we should feel, amplifications, modifications, etc. instead it was just basic countdowns. Lot of room for improvement but not a bad workout
