ver todas as avaliaçõesGem of a teacher. One of the most unique teachers I’ve ever seen. Sophie’s voice is enchanting. Her cues are the most simple easy to follow cues. Even on hard poses that you don’t know how to get to with her guidance, you’ll get the idea immediately. The class itself is empowering. I got a great workout. Beginners got accommodating poses, advanced yogis got suggestions and empowerment. Oh and amazing adjustments and savasana!!

Great change in tone / voice to emphasize moments where I need to be reminded that I can do anything. Left like a sweaty, happy puddle of joy 💧 namaste
