ver todas as avaliaçõesThe instructor was great, but I don't think aerial yoga is for me. I found it quite uncomfortable (the fabric dug into me) - I couldn't get a comfortable position. We also spent a long time with one leg in the fabric, which was a hard position to hold for that long. It was nice being in a cocoon at the end though!
