Her classes are slower paced but challenging nonetheless, focusing on building a strong foundation and right technique. We always start with amazing grounding and nervous system regulation techniques using breath-work and movement. However I enter the class I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready for the day ahead. She’s a kind and intuitive instructor with a joyful and contagious energy. The therapist had incredibly skilled hands — not just a “massage,” but real sculpting work. I could feel the tension releasing in my jaw and cheeks, and the lift after the session was immediately visible. The studio itself is small, super clean, and feels very warm and welcoming. No rushed feeling at all. I appreciated that she asked about my skin goals and adapted the pressure and technique instead of just following a routine. What stood out most was how awake and defined my face looked afterward — especially around the cheekbones and eyes. Even the next morning, the results were still there. If you’re looking for a facial in Zurich that actually does something (not just lotions and relaxing music), this lifting massage is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back!
