I loved they gave a full tour, robe, slippers and locker. Summer was so bubbly, gentle but with the right amount of firmness to help ease my knots in my back. After doing so much the past few months this mama needed some me time! It's 3 days later and I still feel great. I was feeling a bit sore the next day but she told me how to stretch which came in handy for the tension in my neck. The only con, it would have been nice to have gotten the questionnaire ahead of time and all they ask me in person was to pick my lotion scent. Also I did not read my notes from ClassPass to come early else I would have enjoyed the sitting room a little longer. Next time I know what to do. I'll be back!

The Swedish was lighter and hit more spots on my body while the deep tissue massage was more intense/pressure and focused more on specific body parts. I've had massages before, but they usually just gave me an hour of relaxation without any real results. Crystal's massage was completely different—I can genuinely feel how much it helped. I work out intensely and didn’t realize how much pain and tension I’d been carrying in my upper back. She even worked out a knot in my shoulder that I swear had been there for over a year! I also had the magnesium treatment applied to my legs since I’m a runner, and it made such a difference with my leg pain and shin splints. I’d been waddling around for a week, but after my session, I could walk normally again! My posture feels better, my legs feel refreshed, and I’m so much more at ease. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

The building is connected to a DMV so Saturdays are fine but plan to arrive early to find parking during the week. Studio is small but has everything you need! The cavitation is suction cups on your butt for 30 minutes to equal 1500 squats, but I wasn’t sore at all after nor did I have bruising (she said you sometimes do). I’ll definitely go back!
