Sistema de ventilação

We have upgraded our HVAC system with filters that have a MERV-13 rating consistent with those found in hospitals. We have also installed new air purifications systems inside the ventilation / ductwork that utilizes UV light and bi-polar ionization.

Please download our mobile app to use our Geo Check-In feature, which allows you to check-in for class without going to the Front Desk. You will still need to check-in with the Front Desk if you are NEW to B/SPOKE or if any rental equipment is needed. iOS and Android versions available.

Políticas sobre equipamentos

SHOES: For RIDE classes, we require riders to wear “clip-in” shoes with SPD cleats. You can bring your own or rent a pair for $2 at check-in.MATS: For STRENGTH + YOGA classes, mats are provided free of charge.
