ver todas as avaliaçõesI join 7.30AM class on Monday morning with 5people in total. 5 stations with 3 movement-4 set x 30sec with one trainer. The place located in Batubolong st, opposite of Gigi Susu cafe (which is nice if you need your caffeine or small bites or even a meal before or after class at the 2nd floor. Today training was Cardio, Upper body, Lower body, Booty & Abs training all in one. They have a screen displaying all movements per station & also a timer when to start. They provide the equipment such as kettlebell, dumbell, exercise mat and small towel. And also water dispenser and shower+toilet as well. Overall experience was great, recommended to try if you only have 45mins

I’m a member back home at another studio but the coaches at Burleigh make me feel so welcome and part of their family. From remembering my name each class, to genuinely caring about how your day is going, to helping thoroughly with all the exercises... These coaches are outstanding! Thank you for all the support and can’t wait to do another class with you next time I’m on holidays!

However neither of the instructors said hello to me, which would have been great to make me feel more welcome. I also felt that they weren’t really engaged in the class, weren’t giving feedback or much encouragement to be honest.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI don’t often write feedback but thought this was well worth it! This was my first f45 class and I absolutely loved it, it was challenging in a good way! The trainers Pekay and Tu made both the music and vibe so fun, they were constantly checking up on everyone and cheering us all on. I mentioned I had an ACL injury years back and they were super attentive with providing me options like a bike. Also Kate who I believe is the manager was so lovely on the phone when I was running late and pressed for time, she helped me find good parking spots and getting to the class. Will defs be back!
