The location was easy to find, it was clean, beautiful and comfortably decorated. The vibe was relaxing all the way through. They offer complimentary beverages which was really nice. It was my first wax (ever) so I was nervous about what to expect. They use soft gel with the papers to remove your hair. I do have a little hair left behind but that might be because it was my first time and there was quite a bit of hair down there.
