ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first boxing class and Gian was such a friendly, patient, and non-judgmental instructor! He made me feel comfortable despite having no idea what I was doing m. The class was BRUTAL but fun! Highly recommend taking with Gian if you are a beginner and let him know it’s your first time. The gym provides loaner gloves for free but hand wraps are required. Luckily I had my own from a cardio kickboxing class a few years ago. They have available to purchase there if you don’t have!

I also love the flexibility of being able to start at weird times, since they welcome a new group every ten minutes. Also you use fun equipment you wouldn’t have access to at home or a normal gym.
