He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. I usually do the Classic style and I really liked the fact that this wasn't about the gears and keeping up with a specific pace but more so interpreting the cues to what feels right for you. I also really loved Emogene's music variety and her sweet and motivating energy! I would highly recommend this class to anyone new to cycle or looking for a class that you can make your own no matter your level.
