We have a state-of-the-art filtration system that runs continuously! Additionally, we can open our garage bay doors (two of them) to provide additional air circulation. Lastly, when the weather permits we can have clients participate indoor or outside!
Políticas sobre equipamentos
While we have equipment that we can provide, if you bring your own gear you won't have to share! All you need is a mat and some dumbbells!
