Summer and Spring training we have double garage doors open. Our front and secondary studio are HVAC installed.

Sanitizing stations are located around the training facility. Please sanitize and wash hands regularly.

Check in is simple. After your phone call or online booking, proceed to contact less check in and direct to your training station.
Políticas sobre equipamentos
Effective immediately, the sharing of equipment or rental of training equipment such as gloves or hand wraps is prohibited. Members are required to train with their own gloves and own hand wraps.
