Updated as of 1st September 2022. We are back to normal and mask free for the practise. however, if you decide to wear a a mask for the practice, you are welcome to do so.

As per the Government update, we are allowed to be mask free and its up to individual to decided if they would like to keep their mask on.

Medidas de distanciamento social

There are plenty of space along the stairs and in the main area for everyone to be nicely spaced out following social distancing guidelines. However that being said, please do not hang around the studio longer than needed.
