The class was inviting and challenging with regular reminders to honor our bodies. I felt like I was able to push myself while still enjoying every moment. Can’t recommend enough! The space is fantastic, with the open turf arena and plenty of room for the class stations. The workout was challenging, music was great, and Jen took the time to help me with exercises that I wasn’t familiar with. I’ll definitely go back!
