Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. But after an hour of laying on the PEMF mat, I feel so much better… and the next day, AMAZING! Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.

In the personal assessment, I learned about my posture such as the curvatures of my spine, hip tilt and the placement of my feet. I learned how to activate my core and to decompress my spine. Both exercises taught in the one-on-one and ELDOA has helped to alleviate pain in a few days, while addressing the root issues . Enquing is professional, intelligent, a good listener, and kind. He is also very attentive! From the one-on-one sessions you receive detailed notes from him with a plan of action. I would recommend exploring the Wellness Within Studio, especially when you haven't gotten far ahead with your situation through physical therapy!
