She is the first coach that used her foot to stop the carriage from coming too close to the platform to increase intensity. It. Was. Amazing. She was also going around putting dumbbells in our hands; she definitely knows how to work the room! I have never even reached for a dumbbell for an extra challenge because I’m already shaking without it lol but I was pleasantly surprised at the lengths my body went in this class. 10/10. Highly recommend.

The owner herself did my last lift and it was a great first experience (I was so relaxed that I feel asleep multiple times throughout the process). Since you have to have your eyes closed for a long time, I’d recommend wearing glasses instead of contacts so your eyes don’t get too dry/irritated from being closed with contacts in.

The combination of hot and cold felt both exhilarating and relaxing. I left feeling amazing and slept so well. The salon was immaculate (and the staff were cleaning throughout at all empty stations, ensuring each was properly sanitized), and the staff were so welcoming. They offer free massages (asking for cash tips). I had the spa pedicure as well as a back massage. Each included a stone massage as well. i can't wait to come back here! I was charged for top coat polish $1 and gel removal $5 which wasn't bad at all. Emilen was great, pleasant offered good conversation, and did an excellent job.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI rarely write reviews, but I have to praise The Ocean Lab for their top notch customer service and the overall float tank experience. From the second you walk in, you’re immediately welcomed and made to feel at home by the staff. If you’re a first timer, they give you a tour and an overview of how the float works. You’re also offered a variety of different loose leaf teas and sparkling water to make your experience more enjoyable. The float tank itself is large and they really thought of every little detail to make your experience better, such as having a spray bottle and small towel available in case you get salt water in your eye. I even got to listen to one of my favorite artists, Rufus du Sol, while floating which only made the experience 1000x better. The only thing I would recommend would be to make the water temperature in the float tanks a few degrees warmer as I felt a bit cold in there. Looking forward to my next visit!
