Not only does his playlist slap, the programming was great with a lot of classic compound movements as well as more interesting accessory work. I loved the 50-40-30 intervals and the 55 seconds to switch stations was perfect so my heart rate didn’t plummet too much and I had time for water and to get set up. I was expecting shaping/touch ups to be included in the brow lamination but was disappointed that it wasn’t. I brought it up and she offered to pluck my brows but then I became skeptical how they’d turn out. She was nice and did the brow lamination and asked my opinion how I wanted them done and even let me use the brush to shape them how I wanted . My brows no longer pull down so that’s nice. I drove to a different place to get them threaded and was happy with the overall result of the combo lamination and threading. I guess just don’t expect to them shaped like I mistakingly believed. Then I added on a b12 shot. The place is cutely decorated as well.

The results, which are sent through email after the scan, will give you measurements on: bust/waist/hip/etc, body fat, and BMR. However, it doesn’t seem like their office is well integrated with ClassPass. The address listed in ClassPass is incorrect, the correct address is the one found on Google Maps. Additionally, the medical assistant was not in office at my appointment time - I ended up waiting around 10 minutes. That’s not too bad, but they had appointment slots available an hour earlier in the day which likely would also not have had a staffed medical assistant available.

The shape scale is a neat tool that gave me insight on my body composition and areas I can work on.
