She is absolutely incredible, super friendly, and her workouts pack a punch every time. She’s able to give every person in the class her attention and always makes sure everyone is able to perform each exercise correctly. She also gives options of different intensities for those that want more or less of a challenge. She’s able to deliver instructions super clearly and is always full of energy. Highly recommend this studio just for her classes!

ver todas as avaliaçõesRex's workout was great! He is passionate about his job, and his workouts are always timed, structured, and intense. Hence, we sweat a lot. He remembers everyone's names and keeps on motivating us. His workouts are varied and different from one another whilst using weights, step, and/or body weight. The variety of workouts and minimal/none usage of gym machines - this is what makes me a repeat customer in this fitness center (as I don't like routine workout and hate gym machines). Thanks a lot!
