see all reviewsIt was my very first reformer class and Elaine took the time to briefly introduce and guide me on using the reformer, which I truly appreciate! It was quite intense but I enjoyed the challenge and had a great sweat at the end.My only complaint would be the front desk receptionist could be more friendlier, she didn’t even smile or nor greeted/welcomed us, and was giving slight attitude when asking for my name.

AFTERBURN
Afterburn Cross Training & Fitness Studio, 3, Jalan Tandok, Bangsar, Kuala LumpurSafety guidelinesConditioning (Bring The Heat)
see all reviewsFirst time to afterburn. Gym is easy to find. Has 2 floors. Conditioning was at level 1. I think barbell works will be level 2. They have own washroom and showers. They also have water dispenser which is a plus sign. You have no idea how annoying gym without a water dispenser these days. Now the cons, definitely parking wise. Forget about parking infront of the gym unless you’re super duper early like for 6am class. Either park at alfa bangsar which is building opposite or nadi bangsar beside it. Fee ofcourse can be high because is bangsar 😅 another option will be street parking which might get saman or park at the open space parking just walking distance from the gym. I parked on Sunday RM8 for whole day. Other than that, the class was good. Simon is friendly and welcoming. Class format is good. Tiring but rewarding. I loved it when the machines are out! His cues were clear and easy to follow. He knows when to push you at the right time. Will be back!
