ver todas as avaliaçõesVictoria is such a lovely instructor with a nice energy. She made sure everybody felt comfortable. A very nice class if you want to explore your own sensuality. To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

ver todas as avaliaçõesMel’s Flex class was easy to follow and easily adjusted with blocks to my beginner level. I liked that the instructor walked around correcting/ adjusting form where needed. Even though I wasn’t doing the most difficult stretches I felt challenged

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe studio is very cosy. Gulce was really attentive and helped a lot with the moves. It was my first time with tower reformer. It takes a while to get adjusted but because the studio is also small, she can pay close attention to us and helped whenever somebody struggled. The insights into postures and our body was also very highlighting!
