This class is well structured and organized, allowing me to stay focused and engaged throughout the exercises. His training plan was very good that was helping to keep transition time super short. It was also super challenging and he sees everything!!! Every time i try to cheat he was there but also seeing and appreciating the good work! I'll be back!

The first 30 minutes felt a bit too relaxed, although the intensity picked up later and became more challenging. I understand that starting at a very high intensity right away could make the class difficult to follow, but I would have appreciated a slightly more challenging beginning. I would also love to receive more corrections and feedback from the instructor during the class.
