I love her classes: she has this calm but energetic energy, and you can just see she’s so knowledgeable about what she does - she keeps a close eye on everyone’s form and helps me adjust when necessary. Bianka is great because she’s easy to follow but also she is really nice to first timers and yoga beginners (me lol), helping us with corrections in a way that’s not embarrassing or making you feel shame. Will definitely return as I loved it!

The meditation at the end is the perfect touch after an intense workout, leaving you feeling even more refreshed. Truly a joy to learn from him!

It would be nice if his voice could be a bit lower and softer as sometimes when you’re in a relaxed state it can wake you up or feel too loud for the state of mind you’re in, especially during shavasana, but otherwise an excellent class with great yin poses. 🙏🏽

Fleur was a very good instructor, explaining & demonstrating all the exercises, both in Dutch & English … very much appreciated since I’m newly arrived resident in Amsterdam 😊 Look forward to trying more in the future!
