ver todas as avaliaçõesIf you're looking for Real Pilates, this is it, as they were meant, with proper instruction and technique. it is a great that focuses in mobility, flexibility, resistance and strength. the instructor was very good, and attentive to make sure you're doing the exercise right so you take the most advantage. He also listen to those with injuries and is knowledgeable to adapt the exercises. Highly recommended!
