ver todas as avaliaçõesJiYeong is an awesome instructor! lots of hands on adjustment and form correction. class was deceptively challenging (in a good way!), a great core workout, beginner friendly. the only class i’d wake up before 8am for. plenty of parking in the lot. wear grip socks!

ver todas as avaliaçõesWhat a killer HIIT workout. Class was challenging but you can go at a level that you're comfortable with. Everyone was friendly and the instructor did a great job motivating you while making sure you're doing the exercises properly. Looking forward to the next class!
