To be honest I didn’t really know what rocket yoga was and most of the poses were too advanced for me but I still got a great workout and never felt like I was being judged for not being able to do most of it. Will definitely be back once I progress more :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesA wonderfully grounding practice. We started a little late because the class before ran over and the students stood around talking. A lot of frenetic energy but Jenny was so kind in graciously asking the chatty Kathys to move along. After the room cooled down and the practice began it was amazing. I’d never tried Reiki and the combination of it with a restorative practice was just perfect in this winter season. 💙🧘🏼♂️
