ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved this class! Very different than your normal workout but I’m sore all over a day after so it’s def puts the body to work! Small class size which i liked (they only have 3 hoops but we all alternated and it was fine) . I was the only new person so Asia took a lot of time explaining and showing me moves! I will be back for sure!
