I’m a yogi person and wanted to try something new, not knowing that I was about to stretch out my quads for five minutes straight when I got home. Honestly, she’s the best and her music taste >>>> Keeps you hyped even when you want to give up.

Small class size which i liked (they only have 3 hoops but we all alternated and it was fine) . I was the only new person so Asia took a lot of time explaining and showing me moves! I will be back for sure!
