I highly suggest you do this class on a day where you haven’t worked out in a minute. That way you’ll be open and able to do everything without the soreness of previous days, at least this will be my tactic lol.

Don't be like me and go to solidcore two days before thinking this will be a relaxing heated yoga stretch moment. NO! This was burpees, jump squats, vinyasa, chair pose, down dog, and then jumping jacks. The music's bumping and like I got transported into my best, fit self when I was there. I'm not going to go here after solidcore again, but I will be BACK! It was so fun and rewarding!

I usually hit, throw, catch a ball/object or run to get my sweat, so this was new to me. I just incorporated a lot of my different sports in my own interpretation of yoga :)
