The ladies in this class were a wide range of ages, races, and body types which was beautiful to see. The class was beginner friendly and still challenged you. Music was also good. Trapeze - Beginner
ver todas as avaliaçõesEve is very nice and I loved learning trapeze with her! I was the only one so I essentially had a private lesson. She has two trapeze bars one single-point and the other static, and got to try both plenty of times. As someone with an aerial silks background but very little trapeze experience she gave me lots of foundational knowledge for this apparatus and taught me over the bar and under the bar skills, names, and transitions. If you’re an absolute beginner to any aerial art I think Eve will be a great instructor for you too!
