We did the lymphatic massage, and if you are like me and want that nice rub down without the intense pressure and congestion to follow with it, then this is the massage. I don't feel like a total zombie, but I still feel relaxed and refreshed!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI love the concept and the massage felt quite deep. I also enjoyed the format and the screens that directed your movement for each body part. My only concern is that I am not sure that it actually addresses the lymphatic system since your lymph vessels are very superficial and just below the surface of the skin. The rollers do direct all of the pressure upwards toward the heart and if you don’t fully lean in to the machine that could work. I am quite sore today but would definitely go back. Also, the 45-minutes session seemed long, so for your first time 30 minutes might be better.

She is an expert with multiple certifications and took time to address all my concerns verbally before the massage began. It was relaxing and I definitely felt more contoured afterwards. It is a more gentle massage geared towards flushing out your system so if you are looking for intensity, this isn’t it. But I absolutely loved the experience and would love to return as soon as I can save up some money! :)
