The session was intense but really well structured, and the energy was amazing from start to finish. The trainer was very attentive, professional, and made sure everyone felt comfortable while still pushing us to do our best. I left feeling exhausted but so good at the same time. I would definitely recommend it and I’m already looking forward to going back.
