ver todas as avaliaçõesKay provided great instruction and encouragement for an early 6am class. Some parts were more challenging than others in the workout. Good pace of the class. The playlist was upbeat to keep us moving in the morning. Studio was clean with new equipment/weights but a bit hard to find in the dark as the curtains were drawn for privacy and is set back a bit. ClassPass instructors had the location info but I didn’t notice or think to look until after drinking around looking for it. I will definitely take this class again.

Ashley was really encouraging, and I felt very supported. Lot's of positivity and good vibes all around. I was nervous about the heat, but honestly, I don't think I'd want to do yoga any other way now! I'm new to yoga but today's class made me feel like I might be good at it one day.

ver todas as avaliaçõesthis class was amazing! the instructor definitely made the whole experience she was very involved and actively correcting which i really appreciated. this was my first bikram style, which was such a roller coaster, as someone who practices some of the other styles pretty regularly. the heat increase was definitely challenging in the best way possible, as well as keeping your eyes open the entire time. i didn’t notice how much i was closing my eyes until i was challenged to keep them open the entire class. the class totally rocked and thank you to the staff and studio for being so welcoming!! 💗
