It was perfect for me and I loved how the community had a sweet rapport with the instructor. She was such a delight especially at 6:30am in the morning!

I was hesitant about making the drive to Richmond from Oakland but the class was so worth it! I loved the open space of the studio. And they are one of the only yoga studios in the bay with an actual parking lot - can’t wait to come back.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ve done various sound baths around the peninsula in South Bay and I can’t remember the last time I down regulated into such a relaxed state so quickly until this sound bath session. Veronique was such an experienced and gentle sound healer, and I felt totally safe and calm so quickly in her hands and I came into this experience really stressed and frazzled from work related stress and the fact that I was able to get so deep into calm so quickly and just completely feel myself let go and be in a state of mental rest during this was incredible. Would highly recommend this class, just hoping that for the express class they adjust the credits down from nine, but I will say it was totally worth it.
