She is so nice, professional, and she definitely puts more attention on first timers to correct forms and help on setups. Love the challenge level of this total body. Will definitely come back to Jasmijn and this studio!

It was my first time using a Pilates machine (I think it’s called a Reformer), and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Nicolina. She didn’t lead like a drill sergeant which tbh was what I was expecting. So I was very relieved when she turned out to be friendly and helpfu!! I appreciated most that she walked around to observe us and also adjusted our forms as needed.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAn amazing instructor! Made sure that we correctly understood and followed the directions and fixed our forms. Super friendly and knowledgeable, also did multiple stretches afterwards instead of 2 or so, it was my third total body lagree class (last one about a month ago) so no that experienced but the class was easy to follow and had different techniques incase you couldn’t do the harder ones. Totally recommend for beginners!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ve been doing Pilates for a while now so I only took a foundations class to accompany my mother. Fair to say I thought it would be an easy class — I was wrong! Lol but that’s a good thing!! It was just as challenging as a normal class but I really liked how hands on the instructor was. Her instructions were very well explained and she did amazing to make sure our form was top priority. Love love love. Highly recommend everyone to take a few basic clases, you’ll still get an amazing workout in!

I had never taken a class at this studio before but she gave me a rundown of the equipment and class beforehand and made sure always comfortable throughout the class. Even checked in with me after class too!! The class was thought but really fun!

Arriving 15 mins prior to my first lesson gave enough time for me to be initiated to the reformer experience. I had no idea what I was getting into, but all of the instructions, the pace of the class and the welcome from the experienced members was top-notch. If I can walk tomorrow I’ll start thinking about when I’ll be back for my next class.
