It wasn’t overly complicated or like super challenging the entire duration but a nice pace with a good variety of movements for the legs and abs. Don’t get me wrong, I was definitely shaking. I also found that I was able to keep good form and do the moves for the whole class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved Zoey. It was my first class with her and she was amazing. The class was small so there was space between everyone. She would come and sit next to you while you’re working out, but it never felt uncomfortable. She provided a sense of comfort that made you push yourself further. Not out of embarrassment but because, well maybe you really can stay in position for another second. I loved the EDM theme as the music amped me up and helped me get out of my head about the way I look or about taking breaks. It was such an amazing environment.

Also her playlist is always fire, music makes a huge difference for me in my workouts. It’s a make or break for me. I always leave jiyun’s class feeling fantastic and energized. 100% recommend!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first strength-focused fitness class ever and I came alone pretty nervous, but Jaina was so extremely helpful with her corrections and suggestions! It was definitely difficult (and I was using the lightest weights!), but I feel really good coming out of it and I intend to come back and take more classes :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst of all my fave Pilates studio in Seattle! I’ve been taking the beginner classes for a few months and just did this beg/int for the first time. She was a great instructor and I definitely feel comfortable taking it again. Lots of great feedback that I understood well and actually improved my movements/posture. Smaller classes too which helps to keep more of a focus on individuals!

There was a woman next to me (her first time) and she said she came to “watch” but she danced too , it’s impossible to sit still in his class. All levels appeared to be welcome and his instruction is so easy to follow you’ll get your groove on even if you’ve never danced w him before.

I appreciated how interactive the class was and how she used knowledge of who’s newer to correct poor form in a friendly/professional manner and presented alternative positions for those with past injuries. Highly recommend!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved this! Very approachable intro to the machine. I do a bit of mat Pilates and have done barre in the past so it felt familiar enough in terms of the form. Mia offered lots of modifications which was appreciated, I was able to modify to make some moves harder and others more challenging. I think I will take one more intro class and then try one of their more classic formats!
