ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first training session, and the coach was very friendly and demonstrated the movements and gave me guidance. I did the rowing machine plus dumbbell circuit. The other members were also very warm and friendly. They must be regulars, so the training was very organized. The coach helped me adjust the training volume. Next time I want to try to keep the same speed and increase the resistance of the rowing machine and the weight of the dumbbells(15 pounds)because I felt a little relaxed today.

The communal nature of the Phoenix was evident upon entering. We were welcomed warmly, and the class was very friendly to beginners. Even though the group was large, they had numerous coaches and we felt well instructed and helped! Definitely will be back.
