Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

Everything is so thought out that it pushes you hard but always to the point where you can finish. i have gotten significantly faster since ive started going to her classes. her strenghth is also so solid. You can trust her to give you a good time, cue everything perfectly (out of the 30+ classes I’ve taken with her she has never messed up, and never once repeated a class) and play songs that make you want to work sing and smile. I have the time of my life in her classes and she has helped me reach all my goals. She is also SO NICE AND FUNNY. THANK YOU AMINAH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I personally thought the temp was perfect. I was dripping sweat but still able to get through all the moves without feeling like I was going to pass out. Great playlist too will definitely be back!
