Even though I was more than twice the age of most of the attendees, I was able to get through the class by using lighter weights, etc. But I was really wiped out afterwards - in a good way - that made clear how fit I'd get if I went regularly. Eli the instructor gave very clear instructions and showed demos at the beginning of the class. As it’s my first time trying the class, he paired me with a regular class taker, which also helped a lot. Eli also checked on people to help them with forms. Size of the class is not too big nor too small. That’s a plus because people need to move around stations. I had a great time and felt accomplished after the class. The class is well organized and people are very friendly. I highly recommend it
