Moni was wonderful tonight! I really enjoyed the slower-paced (but still challenging) flow and Moni's approachable direction made the space feel truly accessible. She made us all laugh a few times too which I really needed on this chilly evening. Great music! Probably my fave instructor at Yoga Space.

    Hot Power Hour

I loved how Bijal was very grounding and calming - she reminded us throughout the session that this was our flow, our session, our 50 minutes so we can always check in with our bodies and do what feels best in the moment. Whether it was child’s pose, opting to take a knee during a challenging asana or using the practice blocks to support us as needed. That allowed me to be fully present, as I was struggling with some soreness from a previous day’s workout and it was very permissive and inclusive. I really appreciated how she was knowledgeable and had authentic insight about yoga - from using proper terminology for the breathing techniques we used as well as the proper name for the different poses we flowed through. I will definitely be back - lastly I loved closing the class out by chanting Om. It set the tone for a great day ahead!

    IN-STUDIO - Open Level Yoga

Good class but too loud! I usually wear earplugs to Pure Barre classes here, but have an ear infection so asked the instructor to keep the music at a moderate level. She did, but then added her instruction loudly over it. Since I can’t wear earplugs, and have sensitive ears due to the infection, the pain from the instruction was too much and I had to leave class half way through.

    Traditional Hot (Bikram) 60

I truly appreciate Anna’s energy and authenticity. She’s super kind, sweet and led a strong practice. It was HOT, I loved it. It’s most definitely challenging both physically and more so mentally. I usually walk into practice and my energy is all bent out of shape from toxic work culture or whatever. I get super hot and sweaty through the practice, and at the same time I decompress and squeeze out other people’s, or perhaps my own unhealthy toxic energy that I unknowingly picked up and was juggling around. It’s like picking up trash w/o realizing, but then I recycled it into good clean energy in this practice! I learned through this practice that not all bad days need to end as bad days. I love this place and glad there’s a reliable studio in the heart of midtown.

    Jumpboard Reformer

Looking for a class that will challenge your body, engage your mind, and leave you feeling both exhilarated and exhausted!? Jumpboard Reformer with Sasha Nyurgechova is it! This class was an absolute game-changer. Using the reformer, jump board, and Pilates arc, we moved through sequences that were not only heart-pumping but also required deep concentration and body awareness. Sasha is an incredible instructor—she’s hands-on, sharp-eyed, and truly invested in her students’ form and progress. With only five students per class, the experience felt personal and focused. She gave precise corrections, demonstrated each move, and made sure we were engaging the right muscles (no shortcuts here!). Most of the moves were new to me, which made the class exciting and kept me on my toes—literally. By the end, my core and legs were on fire, but I walked out feeling stronger, accomplished, and already looking forward to the next session. If you want to push your Pilates practice to the next level, this class is a must-try!

I really loved this class! It’s restorative practice, and Earleen did such a lovely job leading us in mindfulness and I left with a fresh sense of gratitude and grounded-ness. I don’t love the required $5 mat fee, I’d rather give up more cp credits, but the great class made up for it. They have the kind of mats that are sort of grippy (and are pre-set for class) which I’m sure is fab for pilates/etc, but for this type of gentler practice I’d bring my own mat to lay on top since there’s a lot of skin contact & laying your face close to the mat:)

    Form + Flow Vinyasa

I’d give Michael’s class 10 stars if I could. If you're seeking an authentic, old-school yoga experience (one that leaves your body and mind feeling weightless and completely at ease), this is the class for you. There’s so much more I could say about this class but I’ll let you discover it for yourself.

Beautiful class - well paced, gentle, but strong. Great music. Absolutely beautiful space with natural light and lots of plants. So happy to have found this studio in my new neighborhood and that it’s on CP! Will definitely be back.

Jake was fantastic! Great energy, good buildup throughout class. I recommend having some yoga experience before this particular class style as we jumped into poses without much cuing to alignment. Which was totallyyy cool since most of the class seemed to know what was going on and we were doing strength exercises within the pose. I would definitely return to Heatwise!

Wow! Amazing class! George gives you really detailed and helpful feedback and he really is an expert in knowing how to teach difficult poses. He’s also funny and engaging! I feel like it’s hard to find classes that are challenging at the right level and his class is the right level for my skills. Hands down the best yoga instructor at this studio!

Remy is AMAZING! Incredibly relaxing. Each time I come i feel restored. The class feels like one long guided meditation. Super modifiable as well. I recommend this if you’re wanting to unwind after a long day and sleep like a baby!
