ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first ever ballet class and I was a little nervous, but I am so glad I went. Lyla was an amazing instructor! She was very detailed in explaining everything and showing the form for each movement. She was so kind and encouraging and a wonderful teacher! The class itself wasn’t too strenuous. It was a fun experience and helped me really be in the moment and focus. It was a great stretch and workout with leg strength and balance. You can wear regular socks (not grip socks) if you don’t have ballet socks. Also, I wore regular workout clothes. I am excited to go back and try another class with Lyla!
