Niki has a calming presence and guides us through a practice that feels both grounding and rejuvenating. The atmosphere she creates is so welcoming, and I always leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready to take on the week ahead. Highly recommend her class to anyone looking for a meaningful and restorative yoga experience!
