ver todas as avaliaçõesNiki was an awesome instructor. A great practice in stillness and mindfulness with an emphasis on opening up the lower body. The variety in seated or laying postures was nice for those looking to explore passive or deeper stretches with ample time throughout the posture to switch it up and try other options. The postures are long but Niki made sure to let the class know where they were at time wise, which helped bring back awareness in the mind and body imo. A great class to reset mid-week. Thanks!
