I’ve only ever done one (optional) hands on adjustment class tho I’ve done a fair bit of yoga. She honestly did a wonderful job of creating a safe space and ease to show up as you are and felt her energy was truly intentional and filled the room. Just wonderful class :)

Tetiana really went in with every section of my body and made sure to go over those places that were super knotted and it genuinely felt so amazing during and after. Her technique was so good that there is no way you can get that with any of machines which is why her service is so worth the money. Definitely will visit her again!
