I was nervous, but everyone is super welcoming and and Natalie makes you feel like she’s known you forever! Just show up ready to try something new and it will feel like you are dancing with friends after a while. It is super inclusive and you are not obligated to do anything you do not want to do. So fun and such a great workout! I will be back again and again!

Trina brings the welcoming energy you need to give everything you got. Class mates are just as welcoming. Space is clean and open. Thank you, Trina- see you next week!
