ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class size and format can be challenging to the uninitiated, along with the fact that some of the weights seemed odd sizes due to the fact that they are an Australian company and kg based. Marcus paired me with an excellent, helpful partner and checked in on me to encourage me and assist with form. The challenges can be overcome with familiarity and with consistency it's a good workout.

Heather was super kind and gave me a quick adjustment tip during a squat hold that helped me get the most out of the movement. I recommended my wife come with me next time and she’s excited to. I love the class format - you always know what’s coming next and how long you’ll be doing that movement. The classes fly by and I can feel myself getting stronger each week. ver todas as avaliaçõesThe instructors showed the exercises on the screen and we were put into groups of 2 people per station. I was 5-minutes late, but still able to join and jumped right in. We probably went through each station 3-4 times in-between short breaks, then crunches, and then did stretches. It was very rapid so you need to keep up, but I was still able to go at my own pace. It was interesting, since it was my first time, but fun. Definitely a HIIT class.

However, I will say that this time around one of the instructors appeared to be socializing more with a friend in the class rather than helping instruct the class.. which was disappointing. I have never had a problem before and I would highly recommend!

As a mom of 4, I needed to modify some exercises as I work on rehabilitating my pelvic floor. Lauren was great to show me modifications and other exercises I could do. Super friendly staff. I’ve been to many gyms, this guy was personable, respectful, and had a very calming demeanor. I would definitely consider giving that guy a raise, more PTO, maybe even some equity
