The instructor showed me each exercise quickly beforehand, especially those on a machine I’d never seen before, then told me to follow behind the woman near me in the circuit. It helped that she was obviously a regular; so I just copied her but with lighter weights where necessary. Or, she told me she was doing the advanced/harder version so I did the easier version. He came around and gently corrected my form whenever necessary. The locker rooms were clean with a well lighted sauna where I could read a book, and clean showers. No hooks in the showers though, so bring your own to hold your shower stuff.

Either her Vinyasa class kicks my butt in the best way or slow flow gives the best deep stretches. She’s also so passionate about the practice of yoga and it shows through everything she does!
