The central district location is also a nice big space so you don’t feel like you’re crammed in and the bathroom area is big as well and very well maintained!

Ryan was great guiding me throughout the workout because getting a hang of the stations and quick movements was a tad hard for me but something that with practice (and assistance)I could definitely see myself getting the hang of. I love that the workouts leave you sweating and your heart rate up in just 45 minutes!

ver todas as avaliaçõesWOW! WOW. This was such an incredible workout with Jake and Terrence. I wanted to switch it up from regular strength training, and this was everything I didn’t know I needed. Burned over 800 calories in 45 minute workout, it was tough but they demonstrated modifications for when you needed to take it down a notch. Highly recommend!

The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, check your form, give you tips and challenge you when they feel it's appropriate. I also appreciate they make the effort to remember your name.
