Was basically pitch black in the back of the room and was really hard to get my bike set up as a result! But beyond that was such a fantastic class

I’ve taken cycle/spin classes before, both at other chains specializing in this exercise style or at multi-class gyms… I never got the chance to try SoulCycle, but it’s easy enough to keep up if you know the basics of spin/cycling and the instructor was helpful without making it obvious you’re visiting. Excited to go again!

ver todas as avaliaçõesAMAZING CLASS! I do want to say the front desk people are so sweet. For anyone who is new, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reach out to the front desk for any questions you may have! If you need help getting on a bike, flag one of the studio crew members down! If you need help locking your locker, there’s instructions inside to help you. Also the crew members are there to help you set up and clip in, if you can’t clip in please ask someone, honestly. I love SoulCycle and I’ll always recommend Janna’s class 10000000%

Lots of choreography I had never seen before for my first time with David, and I have done 150+ rides. Wish there was a bit more peaks and valleys for the BPM but the instructor was passionate and it was great!

Vali has a GIFT for bringing the energy while also pulling the energy from the riders in the room. Some people were made to do this, and I can confidently say vali is one of them! Just overall good vibes every single time. Take her class you won’t regret it!

So far the best instructor I’ve tried. I cannot even compare, this was a whole different experience. I suggest to train other instructors so they are at trammel’s level.

However, SoulCycle on ClassPass could be improved if ClassPass users were able to change their bike position at least the day of the class rather than only a couple minutes before the session starts. This is an issue with the SoulCycle/ClassPass interface not the actual class itself.

ver todas as avaliaçõesSuch a fun class! Haylee had great energy and I was impressed by her knowledge of the rap beef pertinent to the Drake vs Kendrick ride. One tip - If you’re new to SoulCycle, definitely arrive early to make sure your bike is setup properly. I had cycled other places before but was a newbie to clicking in and had trouble getting my bike adjusted once class was in swing.

I also appreciated how she went over to the newbies to welcome them at the beginning and even checked in during class. Made everyone feel welcome. It was a themed class so the playlist was great — but I’d definitely take another one of her classes.

She doesn’t push you she’s down to earth, when I first started she came and helped me and was so sweet about it. Her music is AWESOME. It’s just all good vibes I defiantly recommend her 5 stars all the way.
