I noticed that my coordination was off doing the class. It was not as easy as I thought it was gonna be, but it was just great and I would love to do it again like I said hopefully I can make it up there soon, and the environment was very friendly

He practiced one on one with me and even helped me refine my techniques in boxing. He also considered my uncommon stance as southpaw and helped me to box and kick until I got the moves down!

Andrew and the other folx in class who I practiced with were patient and very supportive. I love that I got to learn from everyone in such a safe environment. Be prepared to jump right in…it feels intimidating at first but trust Andrew’s way of teaching and you’ll look up and realize that you are having fun! But don’t get me wrong, it’s a workout not just physically but mentally as well. I walked away with some techniques, feeling confident and amped up! Very excited to take another class. Luis was great and very helpful when i was confused, and the other sensei/owner was funny and accommodating. it was a stress free environment and with the help of Luis and the owner (i forgot his name) i started to feel a lot more confident.

The class was split between beginner and experienced, so we all got what we needed. Everyone in class was welcoming and respectful. Kelly at the front desk was super welcoming and made the beginners feel comfortable before class began. I highly recommend Finney’s to anyone interested in martial arts or wanting a great workout.
