ver todas as avaliaçõesCoach Andre is awesome. I considered myself to be an active person, but quickly learned that there's a difference between "active" and "physically fit." Days later, my body is still sore from the workout we went through, but this experience has done nothing but open my eyes to the fact that I was not doing enough physical activity on my own. Coach was patient with me as I worked through our warm-up exercises and into the boxing routines. He gave the right amount of push while still being considerate of moments I needed to take a break. I truly enjoyed my time in his class and will definitely be back soon.
