It was a different style than the classes in LA, with more dancing and less resistance call out, but you can push yourself and I still burned more calories than the hard core instructor classes at Barry’s and SoulCycle Santa Monica while having so much fun(thanks applewatch)! Will def revisit :)

It was pretty challenging, there were things I had to tap out of but Lauren did a good job of offering modifications most of the time. Gorgeous space too. This studio is a little out of my way but the trek was so worth it. I’ll be back!

The trainer, Katie, took the time to guide newcomers through each section, and she was incredibly friendly, supportive, and encouraging. The workout areas included weightlifting, a mountain-climbing-like activity, and strength training. I highly recommend it. It may sound challenging, but it’s actually easy to follow and a lot of fun. The shower facilities were clean, and while the hairdryer was a standard one, it was decent. Towels and lockers were also provided . I’m definitely planning to go back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is a great studio and I’ll definitely return, but if it’s standard practice to introduce yourself and essentially do an icebreaker with a stranger, I’d prefer the instructors do that in the minutes leading up to the beginning of class versus at the formal start time. I’ve been to a handful of the various modalities and each time, by the time it’s explained, completed and everyone settles in, it’s eaten up at least 5 minutes of class time so a 45 min class is 40 min or sometimes shorter.
