The class itself was super fun. The format of the class is a little hard to follow because the instructor is talking most of the time yelling out instructions so if you’re a visual learner it will be hard to keep up. I understand the class might be too full to check everyone’s form, but since Im still fairly new to strength training I would appreciate some help on that. Overall the instructor Gina had a friendly attitude and gave us newbies a shoutout at the end of class. I would come here again but probably need to work on my own strength training in between to get the full benefit of the workout.

There were a few newbies alongside with me and Elle did a great job of breaking down moves for us while still keeping it challenging for the regulars. He went into detail in explaining each move and we were able to flow through the class almost effortlessly. He really pushed us to keep going and use heavier weights if you could. At the end of class he invited us to join the next class and even helped instruct us in some additional moves to work on to improve balance and stability. I really loved how low impact this workout was while still getting the burn that I desired. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the studio and even received a tour at the end.
