see all reviewsThe space is very clean and locker rooms have great amenities including Ouai products! They gave me two mini samples as a welcome gift which was a nice touch. The class itself was super fun. The format of the class is a little hard to follow because the instructor is talking most of the time yelling out instructions so if you’re a visual learner it will be hard to keep up. I understand the class might be too full to check everyone’s form, but since Im still fairly new to strength training I would appreciate some help on that. Overall the instructor Gina had a friendly attitude and gave us newbies a shoutout at the end of class. I would come here again but probably need to work on my own strength training in between to get the full benefit of the workout.

I’ll admit, I was a little lost at the start, but once I found my stride, it was game on! see all reviewsThe instructor was great and class was programmed really well. The floor transitions were smoother than other classes I’ve been to. Loved it. However, there was another instructor or maybe front desk person that came with a new client/friend. She was commenting on his form after EVERY floor move. It was really distracting to others, especially on the tread. I feel like she should have known better or maybe the instructor should have nudged her not to comment as much. It had to have been distracting to her as well..

see all reviewsCharlie was a great first impression of this studio. He was very focused on making sure everyone in class got something out of it. He went into detail in explaining each move and we were able to flow through the class almost effortlessly. He really pushed us to keep going and use heavier weights if you could. At the end of class he invited us to join the next class and even helped instruct us in some additional moves to work on to improve balance and stability. I really loved how low impact this workout was while still getting the burn that I desired. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the studio and even received a tour at the end.

I feel so much stronger after becoming a regular at Phorm. Every single class is an amazing workout and leaves you with that super accomplished, sweet, deliciously sore feeling. Every single one of the instructors is super knowledgeable, gives personalized attention to detail, and is cool and friendly (and super ripped)! They push you when you need it, encourage you to level up when it's time, and offer/encourage corrections and modifications when needed. I also love that it's a small group class format and women-owned! I seriously love this place.
