    INTERVAL: FULL BODY

As a first-timer to this class I found it welcoming. I was encouraged to push myself, but also take it at my own place. I was nervous about taking the class as I’m recovering from an injury and knew I’d half to walk or take it slow on the treadmill, but the atmosphere of the class made it so that was totally fine!

    INTERVAL: FULL BODY

I loved Ella! She’s such a gem! This was my first time taking an interval class at studio 3 and she was a great intro! If you’ve taken orange theory, this is the same thing minus the heart rate monitor. Her playlist is fire, space is very clean and instructions were very clear! Even when I was confused she came and helped me out and the people around me too. After class we had a chat about nutrition and my fitness level on my 75 hard journey. Loved her!

This class is exactly the class I needed that focused on mobility and flexibility (ty Allison for explaining the difference◡̈ ) and it was a no pressure class with constant, consensual guidance from the instructor. She also did not use fatphobic language and made the space open for everyone and asked about their areas of injury or soreness. Can’t wait to take it again!!

Loved the class! Studio was nice and clean! The colored lights during class was really fun. The overall workout was really good. I also felt the studio was hot, but not too hot, which is nice. Parking was pretty sparse and had to pay because a lot of surrounding streets are permit only so if you drive give yourself some time for that! Otherwise, would recommend!

Awesome workout. Worked my entire body. Challenging but I wasn’t dying. Instructor offered a few modifications occasionally which was nice. At 45 (or 50?) minutes it was the right amount of time, including a cool down at the end. The instructor was super fit, strong and inspiring. The music was upbeat and helped. This was a thorough workout. This is a very innovative and fun way to work out! A number of things to appreciate here. first friendly and helpful staff. Today's instructor saw me struggling and gave modifications throughout the lesson to help me out. the other instructor that checked me in, was very eager to get me settled in and explain how the class would go (he tried to tell me something about how to stand on the pad so it doesn't vibrate in your ears, but I missed it, so clarify that) throughout the class there is nice upbeat music, the instructor shows you everything before you do and there is a huge screen to watch her while you actually do the exercises. Even though I have only been here once, it seems like the instructor now everyone that comes in and personally gets them to their stations. AIR® Foundation (all levels - aerial fitness)

Such a unique workout class. The instructor was great and wanted everyone to get the best out of the workout that they could. It’s definitely a class that you will need to attend a few times before you feel comfortable with the ropes. Very low impact and multiple modifications were given to assist you with where your body was at for the day.
